We are Indiana locals Jack Craig, Jim Wells and an amazing team of people that have been bringing the best custom meats to Bloomington since late 2015. We have the largest variety of made in-house products you will find in Southern Indiana. Along with our house made deli side dishes, salads and lunch meats, we make marinades for 8 different flavors of chicken breasts, 6 different flavors of tri-tip and have unique recipes for over 35 varieties of brats and sausages! Many of those recipes have been in the Butler family for over 40 years!
